An experienced lead who will create reusable libraries to implement complex solutions, encourage quality code through code reviews, tests, and create beautiful UI. You will work with the UI/UX and backend team to allow various clients to use our product as well as provide management responsibilities across a team of engineers that are building out our product in a microservice architecture.

This role is key to driving success for the company as you will be responsible for the expansion of the sales pipeline. This role will start as a player-coach, where you can grow your people management skills while also contributing hands-on. Currently, 95% of pipeline is driven through an inbound model; this role will be responsible for inverting the idea and access the clients via outbound processes and generating competent leads.

You’ll be part of our design team and responsible for supporting the management of driving projects through the creative process by working with designers, developers, design managers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners. In this role, you will be responsible for running the end-to-end production processes for all design projects within the Fragmant Design and Product Organizations with oversight from the Director of Brand Design.
